4 board members of the Electrical Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) are resigning after backlash to their out-of-state residency standing.
ERCOT despatched a discover to the Public Utility Fee saying their board chair, vice chair, finance and audit chair and human sources and governance committee chair will probably be stepping down from their positions on Wednesday, The Texas Tribune reported.
